Earthetic is seeking a Mid /Senior level GIS Developer to join a fast-growing Geospatial Team with an opportunity to expand our GIS technologies and capabilities in a multidiscipline industry. Demonstrated experience in ETL’s, programming, full ESRI Suite, and IT/GIS Architecture. Act as a thought leader to identify workflow efficiencies, apply new technologies and capabilities, perform GIS Architecture reviews, and data management. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ADO a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Manages the IT infrastructure in the GIS workgroup. Controls user access privileges for GIS software and related relational databases. Works with other GIS staff to define requirements for GIS applications and create a flowchart of applications and databases to meet those requirements.
Develop products, such as website pages, GIS Applications, Geoprocessing Automation tools, or perform mainstream IT functions, such as system administration, workstation set-up and data backups.
Creates and maintains IT products for the GIS workgroup and the clients it supports.
Participates with other IT and GIS staff to complete complex IT-based projects.
Designs and implements spatial databases in SQL Server and/or SQL Express.
Serves as database administrator for spatial data
May be asked to work after typical hours as project requirements and company needs dictate.
Develops and maintains positive customer and client relationships to foster repeat business.
Updates and maintains body of knowledge related to training, degree, or job responsibilities.
Completes assigned duties correctly, on time and as directed.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Computer Science, GIS, or related discipline
5 + years of demonstrated experience in programming languages (C #, HTML, Javascript, JASON, Python & REST API’s, CSS, and web framework-dotnet/dojo)
3 + years of recent demonstrated experience with ESRI Suite and ArcGIS Enterpris
1-3 years of GIS/IT Architecture and Data Management, ArcPro/ArcMap, ArcServer/SDE, GeoEvent Server, Image Server, GeoAnalytics Server, WebAppBuilder, Portal & AGOL, Web Map App’s and Extensions
Knowledge or demonstrated experience of FME Workbench, SQL Server/Oracle, Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, ADO, Azure Cloud, PowerBI, Sharepoint
