I provide a long list of services at a flat rate of $30 an hour with a 1-hour minimal charge. For service calls I start my time when I start traveling to your house, business, etc. If it takes me an hour to get to your location it would be a charge of $60 for the service call, which is much better than other IT technicians that have a new vehicle payment, shop rent, etc. Also you do not have to un
hook your computer and lug all of your devices around, only for me to hook them back up to work on your computer. These are only some of the services I provide-
>Hard Drive Replacement
>Operating System Installation and Setup
>Set-up of Parental Controls
>Motherboard Replacement
>Wired/Wireless Router Installation and Setup
>COAX (TV cable), Telephone, and CAT (5/e) (Internet Cables) installation/troubleshooting.
>Window Log-in Password Reset (with proper documentation to prove ownership). A photo-copy of your identification is required!
>Recovery of deleted files. (depends on file condition of the hard-drive/file)
>Mail your computer to me for repair (I prefer friends only that I have done work for in the past!)
>Software education for those not accustom to computers and/or the internet. For this I charge 10-12 dollars an hour depending on the individuals needs and time required.
>Cleaning dust, dirt, debris out of electronics.
>Creation of system repair disks and system image backups.
>Removal of Viruses and Malware.
>Copy information from the Hard Drive if another component on your computer fails. I generally do this if it would be cheaper and more cost effective to buy a new computer.
>Considering Telephone/Remote Support?? If I need to order parts or work on your device in my shop I will give you a receipt for your computer and a business card. I generally try to order parts off of ebay or amazon due to trying to save you, my potential customer money. I am definitely not trying to get rich, just get by like everyone else. Such an example of saving you money would be a laptop screen wire which costs around $85 and I have found several on ebay for 15-25 dollars. If you need your computer the next day I may have to buy a higher priced item. It takes me about 2 hours to install the laptop screen wire harness. While I have your computer apart I can remove dust, dirt, debris if needed due to the computer already being dismantled. Time estimate of 1.5 hours if no cleaning is required or if you do not want me to. Generally people are curious what the inside of their computer looks like so I do provide pictures on request, if I have to take your computer for service/repair work! I don't mind people watching me work as long as I have enough room to complete my work. I am available any time day or night due to my belief that customer service is #1 if it is an emergency. I definitely know that computer/internet issue do not always happen Mon-Fri 9-5. I worked at Dish Network for more than a year, so I am use to doing service calls and having kids want to watch me work. I have had an FBI background check and company tests threw out past years, easily passing all of them.
