The first quarter is wrapping up, and teams are starting to think about performance reviews.

But what if you don’t have a system in place?

Without a structured process, reviews become inconsistent, last-minute, or skipped altogether, leading to:

⚠️ Unclear expectations. Employees don’t know if they’re on track.

⚠️ Bias and inconsistency. Feedback depends on the manager, not measurable results.

⚠️ Missed growth opportunities. Without clear action plans, nothing changes.

It’s easy to put off building a review system, but waiting only makes it harder. Instead, start simple:

📌 Define success: What are you actually measuring? Align goals with business outcomes.
