In today's world the term debugging has mostly been replaced with troubleshooting with the expectation of programming. One computer however needed a more literal debugging once we began the troubleshooting process. We noticed a rattling sound inside the GPU and opened it up find this-

Our floor is covered in dead flies but the computer is now debugged:)

Please make sure you have a backup of your important data. Please have a minimum of two copies of not three of anything critical. Disaster can happen at any moment, and data recover while it can be an option is expensive and not always successful.

Bitlocker while it has a place creates a lot of headaches for us and some of our customers.

Yesterday we had a customer bring in a computer to transfer stuff from it to a new computer. The specific needs of this customer required that we clone the drive as specific softwares were also needed that reinstalling would be a major headache. When we got into the computer we realized that bitlocker was enabled which we have to disable in order to clone the drive. Partway through the decryption process the computer froze and became completely unresponsive. We rebooted the computer and left it overnight on a please wait screen. This morning the drive is not bootable and not showing the files we need when we do a scan to recover files.

What was supposed to be a simple clone and refresh just became a very lengthy and difficult process to deal with. Wish us luck- we may need it on this one.
