Spring is in the air, and it's a great time to switch to Reynolds Fiber!

Spring storms (like those forecasted for tonight) bring heavy rain and intense winds. Heavy rains can cause temporary outages for satellite based competitors, and intense winds often damage cables strung on poles, leading to outages for our other competitors.

Not Reynolds though! We have the ONLY 100% buried fiber network in the areas we service. That means our subscribers stay online through thunderstorms, blizzards, tornadoes, typhoons, derechos, and even during an isolated haboob.

11:59PM TUESDAY FEB 24TH

A temporary cooling solution has been put in place and all services have been restored at this time. Please contact our office if you are still experiencing any issues.

10:15PM TUESDAY FEB 24TH

Subscribers in the Taylor Ridge area may be affected by isolated outages.
Additional cooling problems in our Turkey hollow cabinet are currently leading to intermittent service outages. We have technicians in route currently to deal with the issue. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

As of 3:45PM All services have been restored.
The outage was due to failed equipment which was replaced promptly by our technicians. If you are still experiencing issues please power cycle equipment and contact our technical support if service is not restored.

2:15 PM Sunday, February 15th
We are aware and actively working on an issue causing sporadic service outages in the Taylor Ridge area. We anticipate having the issue corrected no later than 3:45 PM.
