While most of our fiber network is underground, not every internet interruption is a Public Service outage.

Sometimes service issues are caused by storm damage affecting local power infrastructure, including downed lines, broken poles, or fallen trees. In these situations, restoration may depend on repairs being made by the power provider.

We had the privilege of attending a special Recognition Ceremony at Bass Pro Shops on Monday, where Steve Harvey was surprised with a brand-new bass boat to support his mentoring program for young men.

Since purchasing Rock Ranch, Steve and his wife have dedicated their time to investing in the lives of youth through camps and mentoring opportunities. Bass Pro Shops has been a valued partner in supporting this mission.

A special thank you to Mike O'Brien, General Manager of the store, for the invitation. Needless to say, Steve was genuinely surprised and shocked by this generous gift. It was an honor to witness such a meaningful moment and the positive impact being made on the next generation.
