We are looking for Telecommunications Tower Technicians to join our Tower Line and Antenna unit to work on new site build and overlays, site decommissioning, site surveys, equipment staging and some light civils. All technicians are expected to climb towers and travel. Essential Function:
Install radios, antennas, and associated RF equipment
Performing: fiber, coax, and cable installation, connector installation, weatherproofing, run jumpers color-coding, labeling, grounding, mounts installation, down tilts and use antenna alignment tools, and, more.
Groundwork such as ground rings, cabinet sets, ice bridge installation.
Troubleshoots Alarms / RSSI issues at sites using supplied sweep gear.
Follow and comply with daily instructions, JSA, and Safety requirements.
Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 1 year of related experience (required)
Valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred)
Must be able to climb daily
Must be able to lift 50 LB or more
Must be able to work at heights on towers, rooftops, water towers and other elevated structures.
Must be able to meet or exceed the physical capabilities of the job.
Must be flexible to work overtime (weekend and evening work may be required).
Must be able to travel and work outside of home location for extended periods.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
