What strategies do you use to ensure that your BDC does not only generate leads and profits but also generates money back from your OEM programs? Every OEM program is different but most have goals like retention percentage, close rates on leads and YOY growth. For instance, through one OEM program, dealerships can get up to 4% back on their parts purchases and another 4% of their sales MSRP. For some of the dealerships we work with, this would amount to a whopping $30,000 a month extra in revenue for their store.
