Having trouble opening email attachments in Outlook?

You're not alone. A recent Microsoft Edge update has caused problems for some users of New Outlook, preventing attachments from opening directly in applications such as Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Microsoft has identified the issue and deployed a fix, although full resolution is still being confirmed.

In the meantime: Completely close and restart Outlook. If attachments still won't open, download them to your computer first.

IntegraMSP is monitoring the situation and helping affected clients navigate the disruption.
