HubSpot's CMO shared recently that people who find them through ChatGPT convert at 3-5x the rate of people who find them through regular Google. And they close significantly faster.
The reason is wild when you think about it. When someone Googles you, they're still browsing. They got one search result among ten, they're probably about to check two competitors. When someone finds you through ChatGPT, they've already had a twenty-minute conversation describing their exact situation, gotten a tailored recommendation, maybe compared a couple options — all before they click anything. They're not browsing when they show up. They're deciding.
That's a completely different kind of visitor. Fewer of them. But way better ones.
