We don’t share things like this often, but this one just hits different.

If you’ve spent any time in the ERP world, you know the "vendor headache" is a real thing. Usually, you’re just hoping your support ticket will be closed within the week. So, when Dimitri at Sleeman Beer sent this over, it stopped us in our tracks.

Dimitri’s take:
"I said this before and I will say it again - STR support is a golden standard, which should be used by other software vendors."

At the end of the day, we’re all just people trying to keep complex systems running without the drama. Knowing that our team (shoutout to James Nix, on this one) is making life easier for folks on the front lines is why we do this.
