Duties:
- Conduct inbound calls to customers to provide support and assistance
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on product usage
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred, but training is provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
