Feedback

Feedback We believe that persistently illuminating, understanding, and advocating for populations will empower decision-makers and improve outcomes.

In 2009, the founders of Feedback introduced a smarter way to leverage ethnographic research for greater results. This unique HumanFilter system – a proprietary process used to uncover online conversations of all types, which are then analyzed by social scientists for the development of marketing programs – has since become the standard for many of the world’s leading brands. Originally founded in

Richmond, Virginia, Feedback rapidly expanded to support its international clients – establishing offices in London, Paris and New York with a presence in Singapore. To date, Feedback has conducted its unique style of research in over 45 countries, and the firm offers its reports in all major languages. Rather than using U.S.-based translators and technologies, Feedback partners with local researchers in the countries where the HumanFilter insights are being gathered – leading to a far better understanding of individual cultures, customs, audiences and the real vocabularies used to discuss products, trends and brands.

Big news: Feedback is now part of PCSIx, the new innovation unit of Professional Contract Services, Inc.

PCSI is an award‑winning national nonprofit focused on employing people with disabilities, has acquired CareStarter and Feedback to launch PCSIx (pronounced "Pick Six"). This new unit brings together technology, behavioral insight, and mission‑driven innovation to expand impact.

“For change to work at scale, it has to be grounded in how people actually behave,” said Dean Browell, Chief Behavioral Officer. “As part of PCSIx, Feedback is a company that analyzes unprompted human behavior across digital environments, generating insights that help organizations shape solutions around real needs and strengthen workforce engagement, service delivery, and community impact.”

This marks an exciting next chapter for Feedback and the partners we serve.

Texas pride runs deep. We found that community commentary around sports, schools, and events doesn't just reflect identity. It reflects economic optimism:

“CEOs tell us repeatedly that the freedom and supportive business climate they find here isn’t something they’ve experienced anywhere else.”

Culture isn’t separate from growth. It fuels it.

This March 10th, we’ll explore this dynamic in an invitation-only executive webinar cohosted with YTEXAS. “Strategic Listening: The Competitive Advantage Behind Texas Growth” will feature a presentation of the YTexas Indicative Economic Digital Ethnographic Study by Dean Browell, PhD. Dean will be available for questions post-presentation.

Invitations are reserved for YTexas members. Receive an invitation at the link in the comments.

Access to capital. Density of opportunity. Ease of connection. One founder said it best: “Texas feels like the one place where you can walk into a coffee shop and walk out with a deal.”

But here at Feedback, we are also hearing mid-sized businesses ask: do we still have equal access in this booming market?

On March 10th, we’ll examine both sides of that signal during an invitation-only YTEXAS executive webinar, co-hosted by Feedback. “Strategic Listening: The Competitive Advantage Behind Texas Growth” will feature a presentation of the YTexas Indicative Economic Digital Ethnographic Study by Dean Browell, PhD. Dean will be available for questions post-presentation.

Texas isn’t just growing– it’s talking.

From boardrooms to Reddit threads, from founders on LinkedIn to workforce voices on TikTok— economic sentiment is forming in real time.

Our upcoming YTexas study found: “Texas doesn’t just give us a tax advantage— it gives us a story to tell investors.”

But that’s only part of the story.

This March 10th, Feedback is co-hosting an invitation-only executive webinar with YTEXAS to unpack what growth actually feels like across industries. “Strategic Listening: The Competitive Advantage Behind Texas Growth” will feature a presentation of the YTexas Indicative Economic Digital Ethnographic Study by Dean Browell, PhD. Dean will be available for questions post-presentation.

The strongest growth strategies aren’t built on assumptions— they’re built on insight. Join us for an invitation-only executive briefing on findings from Feedback's YTexas Indicative Economic Digital Ethnographic Study, delivering actionable intelligence for leaders navigating relocation, infrastructure, talent, healthcare, and innovation– on March 10th at 11:45 am CDT.

Texas continues to lead the national conversation on growth, relocation, innovation, and industry dominance. But behind the headlines, something even more important is happening:

People are talking.

On Reddit. On LinkedIn. On TikTok. In forums. In digital town squares where real business sentiment surfaces long before it shows up in reports.

Curated by YTEXAS, sponsored by PCSI, and delivered by Feedback, our study analyzed real digital conversations across industries including:
• Corporate HQ & finance
• Energy & technology
• Healthcare & biotech
• Real estate & development
• Transportation & logistics
• Workforce & education

During this private briefing, we will unpack:
• Where relocation momentum is strongest
• What mid-sized businesses are quietly navigating beneath the surface
• How infrastructure sentiment is shaping technology growth
• Why culture and identity are emerging as economic drivers
• What business leaders should be paying attention to next

Invitations are reserved for YTexas members. Receive an invitation at the link in the comments.

✨ Happy New Year! ✨

As we step into 2026, we’re feeling grateful for the people, partnerships, and purpose that made 2025 so meaningful.

One highlight was supporting The Positive Vibe Foundation (TPVF) as Feedback’s 2025 Holiday Featured Nonprofit, helping advance their mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives.

This work reflects what we believe at Feedback: meaningful impact starts by listening — centering lived experiences, elevating voices, and turning insight into action through collaboration.

Here’s to the people and work that made 2025 meaningful, and to what’s ahead.

Today at 10:30 am at the , Dr. Dean Browell will be presenting the digital ethnographic study we had the opportunity to develop for ; we hope to see you there! A copy of the Summary Report is available at the PCSI booth and at the link in the comments.

This report examines discovered insights from real-world experiences, priorities, and barriers faced by business leaders, entrepreneurs, and workforce stakeholders within Texas. A wide range of social media sites and discussion forums were searched, with results from five top channels selected as relevant visual data points for the report.

Top Takeaways include:

▶️ Texas is reporting record high numbers in the labor force.

▶️ Texas has significant GDP growth in uncertain times, remaining the 8th largest economy in the world.

▶️ Texas is creating a business positive climate with tax incentives, innovation support, vast networking opportunities, and comfortable living communities.

▶️ Industries with the highest uncertainty are faced with the biggest barriers to participation. West Texas growth may have a larger hurdle to climb with falling oil prices and global volatility.
