We specialize in high quality sweet and "tart" cherries. All year-round we produce value-added cherry products. Our signature product is our hand-made Dried Cherries & Chocolate, a pairing of our dried Royal Ann cherries covered in high quality milk or dark chocolate. We also sell 3 varieties of dried cherries, cherry jams, pepper jellies, and an assortment of artisan chocolates including milk and

dark chocolate with cherry bark and organic dark chocolate covered dried cherries. We do all of our own harvesting, sorting, pitting, drying and chocolate making using our dried cherries. In July, we will also have fresh dark sweet and tart pie cherries for sale.

Craving a homemade Cherry Pie? Portland and Salem area friends, we're finally harvesting our Montmorency Tart Pie Cherries and we'll have them available this Saturday at the Portland Farmers Market at PSU. Their South Taproom will be open and they’re releasing bottles of their recently bottled Turbulent Consequence, Bing (using our Willamette Valley grown Bing cherries) as well as Fresca Pils. If you’re not able to make it to their taproom, they’ll be available throughout the PNW to their distribution accounts. Cheers! 🍻🍒🍻
