NOW LOCATED IN RIVER FALLS - BOH Electronics is a premier cable and wire harness manufacturer. We offer custom cables, wire harness assemblies and wire processing solutions to customers in a variety of industries including OEM, Contract Manufacturing and all technology industries.

We are currently hiring machine operators to work in our wire cutting or wire crimping departments.

Responsibilities:

Setup & run automated wire cutters
Setup & run automated crimping machines
Read, understand and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, wire lists, etc
Identify and assist in process improvement measures
Crimp terminals on wire using hand tools
Cut wire to length using hand tools
Other duties as assigned by supervisor/lead
Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Capable of setting up an automated crimping and wire cutting machine
Capable of setting up a Komax wire processing machine
Proficiency using precision measurement tools (tape measure, ruler, etc.)
Ability to work with independently with limited supervision
Ability to read and interpret documents such as process instructions
Ability to work well with others
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work overtime depending on work load
Visual acuity (wire color and small print on wire)
Previous experience with a Komax machine or crimping machine is a big plus.
Strong work ethics, reliable transportation and attendance are a must. Must be able to work well with others in a team environment. Experience is preferred but not required. Starting pay will depend on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
