We just wrapped one of our favorite sessions of the WateReuse California Annual Conference!

The Jacobs panel featured three of our own CIPO users — Inland Empire Utilities Agency, Rancho Water, and Las Virgenes Municipal Water District — sharing how their agencies are delivering water reuse and supply programs at scale. CIPO Release 3.4.8 is live!

This release focuses on giving administrators more flexibility and self-service control across the platform. The standout addition is Holiday Groups, which allows admins to define named sets of holidays once and apply them to any project that shares those scheduling requirements. Whether your projects follow different regional calendars, union agreements, or client-specific schedules, Holiday Groups keep everything accurate and consistent without manual setup each time.

Alongside that, admins can now regenerate printouts for individual documents directly within CIPO, a new search capability makes it easier to find pending tasks on the To Do dashboard, and key system modules have been migrated to the latest Angular framework for improved performance and stability.

CIPO Mobile 1.8.0 is also live! This release brings a redesigned Dashboard that pulls contract details, module information, To-Dos, recent activity, and Inbox items into one streamlined view, along with SOV and Pay Estimate financial information, address search, expanded attachment upload options, and more.
