Not even going to speculate on the emotional problems this person has. I only hope he can get some help.

Hey kids. More on the saga of the supposed college official that wants our B & W 802's and has done everything in his power to make sure we will NEVER sell him anything.
Even though we have asked him to quit contacting us here's from the last few days, including today:

PLEASE NOTE: Indents are what he sent us.

This is not a negotiation. Once before we asked you not to contact us again, and yet you continue to do so. Stop or we will have to report you to ebay.

This IS a negotiation. I’m not paying a penalty because I wasn’t able to make it. Quit crying and sell the speakers.

Please do report me, and then get serious.

As per your request we did report you to ebay. We are serious in that you will never be able to buy anything from us, either on ebay or in our physical store. Just stop contacting us.

What a crybaby. No wonder you get so many bad reviews on Google - because you’re a child. Talk to you soon!

Most interesting is that we do have a few bad reviews on Google, but 2 of them of are actually for Upscale Audio in California (we get phone call complaints here every month, thinking we are the CA store) and there is one fairly legit negative, by a dufuss who came to our sale, wandered around and never learned that all lp's were 1/2 price. He only saw the bargain $1 lp's, most were easy listening, and that's why he zinged us. At least he knew what store he was at, though LOL!

We also had a similiar experience with a supposed college official that wanted our B & W 802's. The deal got so convoluted that we finally just said no thanks. Here's excerpts from the fine emails he sent us, and this after we had had a very pleasant phone conversation:

"What a do**he. I had nobody to help me yesterday to unload the speakers. So I offered to pay you up front - but I guess you don’t want to sell these.

You’re the one who pulled them down - I don’t LIVE in Chicago and you knew this. Enjoy your $900 net… well played buddy!!

Cry me a river, Richard."

Now you know this dude will NEVER get anything from us, right? I will not bother to point out all the errors, except to say he never offered to buy the speakers and just pick them up.

This from a college official? Yikes!

We have the right not to sell to a person that seems like potential trouble. Here's an ebay user that got angry because we sensed a problem and canceled their order. This feedback from them shows how immature someone on ebay can be, and personal remarks like this are a violation of ebay policy. BTW, we never got nasty with them, or angry, just would not process their order.
Check it out, all over a $20 cd!

Customer's feedback: I think this seller has bipolar disorder. I just messaged them to pack the item securely because I don't trust the postal service; they often toss packages around. I wasn't saying the store packed it poorly, but they got so angry they canceled the order! They were furious on behalf of the postal service. Terrible service!!! The store owner is an grumpy old person. Go to another store.
