I can See-Sense the future.

But I don’t do predictive readings.

You’re wondering why. I’ll tell you.

I believe what I See-Sense is not the only possible outcome. The future can be changed by the choices a person makes, and sharing a vision can sometimes handicap that person.

I have seen that happen too many times.

Free will. The Power of Choice. It is what rules this dimension.

What I See-Sense is strongly connected to the emotions surrounding an approaching situation.

Sometimes the blips are uncomfortable. Sometimes they are confusing. Sometimes the glimpses are deeply sad or terrifying.

Sometimes they are joyful and exciting, but those are rarer.

Recently, I realized I have been Seeing, Sensing, Feeling, and Knowing the future for much longer than I have given myself credit for.

Decades longer.

A memory surfaced about something that happened more than twenty years ago.

One of my dear friends was entering a new relationship. I could not shake the knowing that the new partner would create a destructive experience. Quietly controlling will calling it support.

I approached my friend and said, as calmly as I could without sounding like a lunatic prophet:

“Beware of those closest to you. They do not have your best interest in mind.”

Or something equally dramatic.

She looked at me, grinned, and said with absolute certainty, “I know. And I’m leaving them.”

She meant the relationship she had already been leaving for more than a year.

I meant the new partner.

She was not interested in hearing anything other than good news about the person she had chosen.

Free will. The Power of Choice. And all that.

Years later, what I had sensed came true.

I am often unhappy about the futures I See-Sense because, even though I believe the future is changeable, what I receive comes to pass more often than not.

In fact, pretty damn near every time.

Scratch that.

*Every* time.

It may not unfold exactly as my mind pictured it because my human brain still has to translate what I am receiving.

I See it. I Sense it. I *Feel* it.

Then my mind creates meaning around the energy so I can describe it.

The final circumstances may look different from the vision, but the emotional truth within it remains.

Dread. Terror. Rage. Grief. Betrayal. Shock. Confusion.

It is there.

Real. Unshakable. Startling.

And the joyful visions?

That feeling is there too, although somehow less brilliant than what I first experienced. I don't know why. Perhaps it has something to do with the density and duality of this dimension.

Which is why I *really* don’t do predictive readings.

I believe possibility matters.

I believe choice matters.

And I don't want something I See-Sense to become a sentence someone believes they must live out.

Besides…

I don’t like being that kind of right.

So... I won’t tell you what your future has to be.

But I will sit with you in the energy of where you are, help you hear what your own knowing is saying, and support you in choosing what comes next.

PSA

The ultimate purpose of graphic design is to convey a message.

Keep that in mind when you create business collateral for yourself on your free Canva account. Or when whomever you hire to do your graphic design does their thing.

I have a degree in graphic design. I LOVE graphic design. It is everywhere. And sadly, a lot of what is out there is garbage.

Here are some mishaps I see regularly:
◘ Too many competing angles.
◘ Too many fonts.
◘ Too many font effects.
◘ Too many colors or colors that vibrate against each other.
◘ Too many textures.
◘ Horrible layout with imbalanced spacing.
◘ Typos and awkward copywriting.
◘ Missing details like location or date and time.
◘ Boxes around items that are meant to draw attention but end up clashing with everything else.

There is a time and place when some of these can be useful, but it is rarely in business marketing. Unless your brand is loud and obnoxious, be careful with how you use any of them. And if your brand IS loud and obnoxious, keep it the same volume and peskiness across everything you publish.

Check your spelling and grammar repeatedly. Have someone else look at it.

Ask a stranger if they can read what it says, if it appeals to their eyes, or if they feel irritated by it.

In business marketing materials, less is more. The least amount of words and images that you can use to convey the message, the better.
