Last month, a few of our team members had the opportunity to attend Zoho Zoholics 2026 in Houston, TX.

It was great to connect with other teams and explore how businesses are using smarter systems to improve performance and customer experience. We also got an inside look at Zoho’s upcoming releases and enhancements, and we are excited about how these updates will help streamline our internal processes.

One highlight of the trip was spending time in person with our partners at Marketgenesis over dinner, where we were able to continue the conversation, share ideas, and strengthen the relationship outside of the conference setting.

Always good to step away, learn something new, and bring fresh ideas back to the team.

We are excited to spotlight Zandrya Gabris, one of our talented Solutions Consultant helping customers across the country strengthen their critical IT environments.

Zandrya’s day to day focuses on connecting with new clients and partners and making sure their operations stay up and running. Her mission is simple but impactful: helping businesses avoid downtime and keep their IT infrastructure running efficiently so they can focus on what matters most.

One thing people may not realize is how much detective work goes into her role. Tracking down the right stakeholder responsible for physical IT infrastructure can take time, persistence, and strong communication skills.

Zandrya is currently working on a bid for a major company and recently closed her very first deal, a milestone she is especially proud of. Her success reflects both her dedication and the strong support system at 2NSystems.

What she enjoys most about working here is the team environment. With consistent training and encouragement from leadership, Zandrya feels empowered to grow and succeed. She is motivated by building a strong future for herself and the people she cares about, as well as expanding her professional skills and opportunities to travel.

Fun fact: Zandrya is deeply into tech and recently built and customized her own PC. She is also the proud owner of five cats.

We are proud to recognize Ike Syed and Zandrya Gabris for volunteering with AFCOM's Flags for First Graders initiative. They spent time helping pack flag kits that will be distributed to Loudoun County Public Schools first graders, supporting a program that teaches students about the importance of the American flag, respect, and civic responsibility while creating a meaningful classroom experience.

This month’s Ask an Engineer question is “How do small changes in a data center environment end up causing major cooling problems?”

Jesus Palmas, EPM III shared:

“Most data centers do not fail because of one big change. They struggle because of many small ones. Adding a few racks. Moving equipment. Changing cable routes. Increasing rack density in one area. Each adjustment seems minor on its own, but together they can disrupt airflow patterns that the cooling system was originally designed around.

Over time, these changes create bypass air, trapped heat, and uneven temperatures. The cooling equipment is still running, but it is no longer working efficiently or where it is needed most. That is when hot spots appear and energy costs rise, even though nothing seems obviously broken.

This is one of the most common pain points we see in critical environments. The system did not fail. The environment evolved without being re‑engineered.”
