Scam Alert: A client got a phone call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft support yesterday. They told her that since she'd pressed the Submit Error Report button once on her machine, all subsequent error alerts were sent to them. They tried to get her to let them onto her machine so they could correct her horrendous virus issue. Thankfully, she was skeptical and told them she'd contact her local nerd.

Despicable Customer Service - Iomega - They just charged me $50 to tell me to click a button in the admin console to fix a problem that their ridiculous product caused in the first place!

Fantastic Customer Service - URLJet - Our new hosting company. I ask them for something and, not only do they respond immediately, they actually do it immediately. Quite a step up from the old host.
