It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Julie Maurer to Client Program Manager!
In her 9+ year tenure Envative - Smarter Software Solutions as a highly effective Project Manager, Julie has consistently proven herself to be a problem solver, a strong client advocate and a positive influence on Envative’s culture of consultative leadership.
While the title change may seem subtle, the role of a client program manager (CPM) goes above and beyond that of a typical project manager. CPMs possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills that enable them to navigate complex projects and overcome challenges.
A successful client program manager must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to different situations. They must be able to collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and company management, to achieve desired outcomes.
CPMs have a deep understanding of the client's industry and business objectives. They stay updated with the latest trends and technologies to ensure that the program aligns with the client's strategic vision. By staying ahead of the curve, they can provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the program's effectiveness.
Most importantly, an effective Client Programs Manager directly impacts client satisfaction. By successfully managing program timelines, budgets, and deliverables, the CPM ensures that the clients' objectives are met and that their desired outcomes are achieved.
By definition, Julie’s day-to-day work product will not be changing. In actuality, this promotion is in recognition of activities Julie has already taken upon herself to perform during her tenure at Envative.
Her strategic approach and focus on positive outcomes have allowed her to maintain program momentum consistently and conscientiously. Her communication style and work ethic has resulted in a strong rapport and credibility with her clients and team members alike. No client project is too large or complex for her to take on. (In fact, she readily volunteers for most of them.) She does all of this with a smile on her face and a “can-do” attitude.
For these reasons, Julie is well-deserving of this promotion. We consider ourselves quite fortunate to have her on staff and thank her for her commitment to Envative and our clients.
