A few things to keep in mind:
*Please wear a face mask when entering the shop. Face coverings are recommended, and we respect the health of all individuals.
*Please disinfect your computers in the hall with the provided cleaners before entering the shop.
*Due to the small size of our shop, please wait in the hall if there is a customer in with Rob. Remember to keep 6 feet apart from everyone else.
*To streamline the picking up and dropping off process, please call ahead and give Rob your details. He'll set up a work ticket over the phone.

Since Rob is working from home, please be patient with him 😊 You may hear a dog barking, a cat crying for attention, children asking for their 57th snack of the day, or a wife pleading for everyone to just be quiet for a minute. In other words, our lives are just as crazy as yours right now! We appreciate your understanding and support through this new way of life that we're all experiencing.

Edited to add- we cannot accept your computers into our home due to the current health situation. Rob will try his best to assist you over the phone. Thank you for helping to stop the spread of germs!

Good Morning! We have made the difficult decision to temporarily close due to the rapid spread of COVID 19. Tomorrow we will be open for anyone to pick up their computers that have been worked on recently. We would like to continue to help our customers as much as we can through this difficult time. Please send us a message via fb messenger if you have a computer issue that needs immediate assistance. We will respond within 24 hours.

In order to uphold our social responsibility and help flatten the curve, we are asking our customers to assist us with the following:
*Please call ahead before you come into the shop. Have your details (passwords, etc) ready to give Rob over the phone. He will set up your work order and all you need to do is drop your computer off.
*Please disinfect your computers before bringing them into the shop. Wipe down screens, keyboards, etc with disinfecting wipes, please.
*Please be understanding that these are unprecedented times. Most of us have never encountered a pandemic in our lifetimes. How we (as a society) handle ourselves over the next few weeks is detrimental to the outcome.

Our hours this week are (tentatively):
Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 to 5:30
This is subject to change.
