“I get most of my inquiries from Instagram…

…but people still ask for my pricing.”

The pricing is on her website.

So what’s the issue?

It’s not the design.

It’s that no one is using your website the way you think they are.

They’re not reading your site.
They’re skimming your Instagram.
They’re making quick decisions.

And when something feels even a little unclear?

Best case?
They DM you.

Worst case?
They move on.

(no question, no second chance)

So you assume your website isn’t working.
You tweak things.
You redesign.
You overthink it.

Meanwhile…
your audience was never really there to begin with.

If most people are finding you on Instagram,
but all your clarity lives on your website—

of course it’s not converting.

You don’t have a design problem.

You have a disconnect.

And until that’s fixed,
no amount of “better design” is going to save it.

If your website feels “fine” but isn’t bringing in inquiries…

it’s not random.

There’s something getting in the way.

(and yes — this is exactly what I find in audits 👀)

Most people don’t come to me saying
“my website is confusing.”

They say:

→ “it just feels off”
→ “I think I need a redesign”
→ “maybe it’s the branding?”

So they tweak things.
Again. And again. And again.

New fonts.
New colors.
New layouts.

And still… no inquiries.

Because the problem isn’t how it looks.
It’s how it works.

If someone lands on your site and has to:
– figure out if it’s for them
– piece together what you do
– guess what to do next

They won’t.

They’ll leave.

That’s the stuff I look for in my audits.

Not “make it prettier.”

→ What’s unclear
→ Where people drop off
→ What’s quietly blocking conversions

If your website feels “fine” but isn’t booking…

I’ll show you what’s getting in the way.

I used to think a website just needed to look better.

Better fonts.
Better colors.
Better layout.

That would fix it… right?

But most of the time?

The problem isn’t the design.

It’s what happens after someone lands on your site.

They’re clicking around.
Reading everything.
Trying to figure out where to start.

And if they have to figure it out…
they won’t.

It *feels* like you’re giving them options.

But really, you’re giving them work.

Your website should guide people through one clear path:
what you do → who it’s for → what to do next

That’s it.

If your site isn’t converting, try this first:
simplify the journey before you redesign anything.

Save this and look at your homepage like a first-time visitor 👀

I’m saying this with love:

If your business depends on you constantly clarifying, answering, and explaining in DMs… your website isn’t doing its job yet.

You’re not bad at business.
You’re just carrying too much manually.

Your website should create clarity before someone ever hits your inbox.

If it’s not? That’s what I help you fix.

The One-Job Website Audit is open.
DM me “AUDIT” or explore through the link in my bio.

You’ve gotten so good at compensating for things that don’t work.

You send people to your Instagram instead of your site.
You say “I’m reworking my website right now” (even though it’s been 8 months).
You get anxious every time someone asks, “Where can I learn more about your services?”

It doesn’t feel like a big deal…
until you realize you’re constantly working around something that was supposed to work for you.

Here’s the truth:
An outdated, DIY, or disconnected website isn’t just a design problem.
It’s an energy leak.
It’s a confidence block.
It’s a missed opportunity every time someone clicks and doesn’t get it.

I promise you’re not behind—you’ve just outgrown what you built when you were still figuring things out.

✨ Website in a Week is now booking.
Let’s catch your site up to the expert you are now.
DM me “FINALLY” and I’ll send you the details.

We’re keeping our 2000’s bangers. But these thoughts? They’ve overstayed their welcome.

I’ve lived inside them. Built businesses around them. Burned out because of them.

But not anymore.

This isn’t just a cute carousel. It’s my exit memo.
A line in the sand between who I was and what I’m actually building next.

If you’ve been:
— Editing yourself down to be more palatable
— Undervaluing your work to feel more “aligned”
— Telling yourself you should be further by now

I made this for you, too.

Let’s reframe this stuff together.
Not in theory—in real time. With content, conversation, and business decisions that actually reflect the version of us we’re becoming.

Follow along.
Because the next era of your work?
It doesn’t have room for beliefs that ask you to shrink.

Think of your homepage like a store window.
If it’s cluttered, confusing, or doesn’t show what’s inside…people walk right past.

So let’s make it inviting.
Make it intentional.
And make it feel unmistakably you.

Let’s make your homepage work harder than you do.

I’m not anti‑DIY. I’m pro you looking polished.
Especially when it’s almost the end of the year and your brain is quietly spiraling like:
“Shouldn’t I have updated this months ago?”

Here’s the truth:
You didn’t sign up to be a content creator.
Or a marketing manager. Or a brand strategist.
You signed up to do the work you’re incredible at.
But your dream clients?
They need more than incredible.
They need clarity. Consistency. Confidence in your brand.

And if you’re planning to “figure it out” over winter break, I’ve got news:
That’s not rest. That’s working with tinsel in your hair.
🎄 (Not the vibe.)

✨ My December Design Day calendar is officially open.
Let’s spend one focused day giving your website, touchpoints, or templates the glow‑up they’ve been waiting for.

You show up for the morning call.
I handle the rest.
By the time you log off? Your brand will finally match the level of your work.

And come January? You’ll be showing up refreshed, not rushed.

Spots are limited, because I’m also logging off for cocoa and couch time.

Designing for myself right now? Absolute garbage fire.
No strategy. No plan. Just me, spiraling in Canva like a girl with amnesia.

I’ve got two businesses, one nervous system—and lately, she’s clocked out.

Here’s what I have been doing (and yes, I’m judging me too):
👉 Opening Canva with no plan
👉 Clicking on a template like it’s a damn tarot card
👉 Letting it tell me what I’m posting

It’s giving “designer in distress.”
It’s giving “do as I say, not as I do.”
It’s giving… chaos.

But inside client work? Whole different story.
I just wrapped the mood boards for my Visual Vibes quiz and baby—she’s BACK.

Creative flow? Activated.
Brand strategy? Crisp.
Design direction? So good it made me want to slap my own feed.

Here’s the plan:
✨ You’ll take the quiz
🎨 Find your vibe
💅 Get matched with a color palette + font combo
🛠 And then grab the Canva templates (walkthroughs included, because obviously)

This is for the version of you who’s tired of forcing cohesion and guessing your aesthetic.
2026 is the year your brand clicks—and it starts here.

11/06/2025

I was nervous to send the proposal—because being a service provider means putting *yourself* on the line.

But this time? No second-guessing. No scrambling to “just fix one more thing” before hitting send.
Because I finally stopped making excuses for my website.

If you’ve ever caught yourself sending your URL with a disclaimer (or avoiding sending it altogether), you’re not alone.
And also? You don’t have to keep doing that.

✨ Confidence hits different when your site actually reflects the level you’re at.
✨ And the relief of not needing a disclaimer? 10/10, highly recommend.

This is your sign—before the holidays fully take over—to get a website that works harder than you do (and looks damn good doing it).

Let’s do it together → Join the waitlist for first dibs on Q4 Design Day openings or shoot me a DM!

👀 You’ve been lurking. I’ve been designing. Let’s finally make this official.

I’m Jess—your Partner-in-Design™ (yes, like partner-in-crime, but with fewer ski masks and more Google Docs).

Jersey girl with a latte addiction, a candle collection that’s a bit out of hand, and a soft spot for service pros who are way too good to still be DIY-ing their brand.

I help you ditch the Canva spiral and finally look as legit as you actually are.

Polished? Yes.
Perfect? Never.
Approachable? Always.

Let’s make your visuals scroll-stopping and client-booking. You in?
