[Notice] Please Read Before Calling 📞

Our business hours are 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

As previously announced, we ONLY specialize in the following services:

iPhone Screen Repairs & Battery Replacements

iPad 10th/11th(a16) gen Screen Replacements (No iPad Pros and older models )

Android Phone Repairs

Charging Port Replacements

🛑 Please note what we DO NOT repair:

NO Mac/PC/Laptops (We no longer accept laptop repairs EXCEPT SCREEN REPLACEMENT)

NO Game Consoles (PS5, XBOX, Nintendo Switch)

NO HDMI Ports

NO Tablets other than iPad 10th gen/A16 or later model screen replacement
NO OTHER DEVICES/GADGETS

During peak hours, we receive phone calls as often as every 5 minutes. This excessive amount of inquiries makes it incredibly difficult for us to focus on our actual repair work.

Please kindly review the information above before calling. We respectfully ask that you refrain from inquiring about services we have already stated we do not provide.

Please note that our 3:00 PM closing time is absolute and firm. Please do not call to ask for extensions or inquiries regarding our closing hours (even if you are willing to pay thousand dollars I WILL NOT DO IT. I AM TRYING TO RECOVER MY HEALTH)

The reason I remain in the store after 3 PM is to finish up time-consuming tasks, not to serve additional customers. Please do not walk in simply because the door is unlocked and then treat me as rude or unhelpful just because I decline to assist you—even if you claim it is only for a "quick question." To reiterate, I do not accept customers after 3 PM. If you require same-day service, please bring your item in earlier. like I said, I am trying to recover my health. that's why I am closing early.

Until further notice, we will not be repairing computers (Desktops & Laptop incl. PCs and Macs).

Due to the extremely busy tax season, we want to avoid any more repair delays,

so we will focus only on quick repairs such as iPhones (15-30 minutes) Android phones (30min-1hr) , iPad (1hr-2hrs), tablet screens (1hr-3hrs), battery (15min-1hr), charging port repairs (1hr-3hr), etc., and some laptop screen repairs (30min-1hr).

As previously posted, we will be closing the shop for about a month or longer starting in a few weeks (due to health recovery reasons)

Until then,

we will only accept the following repairs:

1. iPhone / Android phone screen repairs
2. Other same-day pickup jobs that can be completed within 30 minutes to 1 hour

We will NOT be accepting:

1. Any repair that cannot be finished the same day
2. Any repair that takes longer than 1 hour
3. Any repair that requires ordering parts
4. Any repair that requires extensive diagnostics, etc. (e.g. computers that don't turn on or freezing)

Additional Information:
No drop-offs accepted after 3:00 PM (our closing time) (even if you are willing to pay extra. we will not accept drop offs)

If you already have a device dropped off with us:
→ If you do not want your device to remain in the shop for more than 1 month, please pick it up as soon as possible.

We are no longer open on Saturdays.

Also our 10 AM – 3 PM hours are now permanent. We have no plans to return to the previous hours, so please plan your visits accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
