Carrying an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and a master’s in Applied Computer Science, founder Aaron Norris is a seasoned expert in the field. He has had over a decade of experience in development and administration services to companies like AT&T and L3Harris where production environments ranged from home-grown, applications or scripts to COTS applications like SharePoint on-prem and more recently support of cloud services. End user populations supported fall anywhere between 20 to 50,000, depending on the given cloud service or application over the course of his career in Information Technology.
