Did you know that Meta’s new AI image model, Muse Image, can use public Instagram profiles as visual references for AI-generated images?

If your Instagram account is public, your posts and reels may be available for this feature by default, unless you choose to opt out. According to Meta, account owners are not notified when their public content is used in this way.

🛡️ How to protect yourself:
✅ Open Instagram → Profile
✅ Tap ☰ Menu
✅ Go to Settings and privacy
✅ Tap Sharing and reuse
✅ Turn OFF “Allow people to create with AI features”

Taking a minute to review your privacy settings can help you stay in control of how your public content is used.
