Client reached out with PC issue.

PC Issue: Laptop won't load beyond logo on a boot up.

Issue was resolved after time diagnosing and troubleshooting.

Client also purchased Avast Anti-Virus through CTS.

Today's workload involved maintenance and support for clients' laptops, printers, and Zebra Scanners.

Specifically, tasks included troubleshooting WiFi connectivity on one laptop, resetting and rejoining another to the domain, and preparing a third laptop for employee use and HR enrollment.

The printer required multiple paper jam clearances, and the Zebra Scanners needed resetting to resolve connectivity issues.

Over the weekend, I had the privilege of helping a customer in the Twin Cities with a network issue. Two of his routers had gone offline, affecting WiFi connections throughout his home and backyard. After some troubleshooting, I fixed the configuration errors, and he was back online! Later, I discovered he's the owner of a respected three-generation automotive service company. It was an absolute honor to serve such a humble and respectful client.
