𝗔 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲
My name is Eddie Ramirez, and I am writing to all my former clients from both Techie and Inspire.
I am reaching out today to take full and public responsibility for the wrongdoings and unfulfilled commitments that occurred following the breakdown of my business. For more than seven years, I ran these companies myself, learning through trial and error and relying on my own self-guidance. Unfortunately, last year my business experienced a sudden and severe collapse that kept crumbling, no matter my efforts.
This resulted in work not being turned in on time, and in some cases, work that was not completed at all. The situation forced me to close my doors immediately, which I know created even more problems and frustration for you. I have been overwhelmed by this, and I had to take several steps back to honestly assess how I could begin to clear the damage.
Regardless of the reasons, there is no good excuse for what happened. I want to say that I am deeply ashamed of this, and it was never my intention to harm any of the clients who put their trust in me.
That being said, I am committed to making this right. My primary goal is not necessarily to win back your business, but to correct my past failures and make things whole again. I had intended to open a new shop in Hainesville, but unfortunately, that plan did not work out in my favor. I am now planning to open a new shop in the city of Waukegan, and from there, I will work to restore any losses that I may have caused to any of my clients.
It's been almost a year, and I ask for just a little more of your patience. I will personally be reaching out to clients who have been left behind with unfinished work or deposits to clear these things out. It will take me some time, but rest assured, I will get to everyone. However, if you feel it is necessary to reach out to me immediately, please do so. I invite open communication so we can figure this out together.
