Now Hiring: Local Delivery Driver – Amazon Hub Route in Russellville

➡ Company vehicle provided during deliveries
➡ W-2 employee position
➡ Performance-based pay up to $1 per package

We've made some improvements to this position!

We are currently in the process of acquiring a company vehicle for this route. If you were previously interested but didn’t qualify because of the personal vehicle requirement, you can now apply.

With the company vehicle, this role will now be classified as a W-2 employee position rather than a 1099 contractor role.

Drivers start at $0.75 per package and can earn performance-based pay increases every 90 days, with the potential to reach $1 per package within 6 months.

Typical earnings based on current averages:
• $67–$75 per day at starting rate
• $90–$100 per day at top rate

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own workflow, and taking pride in completing deliveries reliably and on time.

Schedule: 1-3 days per week, depending on route coverage needs.
