On the waterfront, signage has to work even harder than in other environments.

Together with our partner REDYREF Interactive Kiosks, we manufactured and installed 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, shortly on their full fleet.

Mounted at the front of each vessel, they show each boat's destination clearly enough to read from the pier before boarding.

The salespeople who stay here have one thing in common. They like the projects that start with a problem, not a part number.

Queens Center started with this one: you can't get a lift in there.
47 feet of display. Three-story domed atrium.

The answer was custom steel hung off the building's I-beams, a trolley rail for front-side service, and a bosun's chair certified for life safety.
Nobody in sales quotes that alone, and here, nobody has to.

We've been saying IllumiWrap® powered by LightnTec is thin and light.
Saying it is easy. So walk around the back of one with us.

That's a full LED wall hanging off truss in a hotel ballroom. Look at the edge profile: 1" deep. Total. Not 1 inch plus a mounting system, plus a service gap, plus 8 inches of cabinet.

There's a difference between closing fast and closing right.

Closing fast means getting the signature and moving to the next deal. Closing right means getting to the right product that solves the customer's needs, even when that means more time, more questions, and a longer path to get there.

Our closers get judged on the second one, not the first.
It's not always the faster path. But it's the one our customers are still glad about the day the display goes up.

The best closers we know think of themselves as problem-solvers who close deals.

They know the spec sheet as well as the buyer does. They ask questions that get to what's actually needed, not just what's in the RFP. They know when a customer is stalling because of budget, and when they're stalling because the proposal doesn't solve their actual problem.
