This is the stuff we love to hear.

Helping customers bring back former members, grow recurring revenue, and see what’s really happening behind the scenes never gets old.

Huge thanks to Danielle and the Innisfree team for letting us be part of it 💚

Guests see the fun.
What they don’t see is everything that happened behind the scenes to make opening day run smoothly.

Connecting devices. Getting the box office ready. Training the staff, and preparing before the first guest walks through the gate.

That’s the difference between just selling tickets and actually supporting operations on-site. 🎡

A lot of theme parks already have great attendance.

What they don’t always have is a season pass structure built to turn that attendance into stronger long-term revenue.

Weak tiers, missed upsells, passive renewals… it adds up fast.

Structuring season passes effectively can become one of the strongest revenue drivers in your park, but only if the ticketing system behind them is built to support it. 🎢

Opening day at Schlitterbahn Galveston ☀️ Guests in, lines clear, operations running exactly as they should.

Sountha, our Account Manager, was on-site to make sure everything was dialed in before the gates opened.

That’s the goal every time. Smooth entry, a strong start to the day, and happy guests.

And yeah, that slide is definitely happening 😅

If you’ve dealt with any of this, it’s not just “how it goes.”

Slow systems, extra steps, constant fixes… none of that should be required to keep things running smoothly.

There’s a better way to do this 👠

We’ve been at the East Coast Haunters Convention this week, with our Director of Sales, Mandy Lawrence, connecting with haunted attraction operators across the industry.

One of the biggest topics that kept coming up was waivers.
(you probably just got a little stressed reading that 😅)

For haunted attractions, waivers are essential, but they don’t have to slow things down.

With TicketSpice, waivers are built directly into your ticketing flow, whether online or on site. If a guest hasn’t signed, your system flags it instantly and they can complete it on the spot with a quick QR scan.

So waivers don’t become a bottleneck at the door.

If you’re in the haunt industry, this is exactly what we’re built for. We’d love to show you how it works.

Our team has been at InterActivity 2026 in San Diego this week, the annual conference for children's museum professionals put on by the Association of Children's Museums.

Our Senior Account Executive, Ethan, stopped to share a quick message for any museums or nonprofits looking for a ticketing and admissions system that actually works the way you need it to.

If that sounds like you, that's kind of our thing. We would love to connect. 👋

"Why didn't we do this sooner?" 👀

That's the most common reaction we hear from event and attraction operators after they switch to TicketSpice.

We asked our customers, from farm events to full-blown festivals, what changed when they made the switch. The answer was pretty consistent: ticket sales went up, deposits started rolling in, and their systems actually kept up.

Turns out, ticketing software isn't supposed to be your least favorite part of the job.

We built a little something at TransWorld this year. Welcome to The Spice Shack. 🌶️

Every year the haunt industry gathers at TransWorld, and every year we try to show up a little differently. 2026 might be our favorite yet.
