We have an outage in papinaue. We are looking into but it looks like a power issue. It happened at noon. We are going to wait till the storm is over if we have to go out and work in it so it may not be until tomorrow morning. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So we cut the power to the Tower in martinton, and turned it back on. Most of the Tower came back up but Danforth papineau and the Southwest access point did not come back up. So if you are Southwest of Martinton Tower you still don't have internet. That's the best we could do for now we will work on it tomorrow morning and get it fixed. Sorry again.

Apparently the Martinton Tower decided to go down. It looks like a bad switch on the tower. It's affecting Martinton Danforth and Papinaue. I don't think I'll be able to get it fixed until the morning. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will get a new switch and climb the tower as soon as I can.

The Deyoung Tower in St. Anne is down. They are working on a power issue that happened after the storm. I'm sorry I was supposed to have notice but I didn't get any. Should be back up in a couple hours.

Thanks everyone for following our page! We appreciate it and it makes updates a news so much easier to get out to our customers. We have some exciting things happening this summer. Let's just say we will be offering speeds never seen before by our customers and the prices will be very low. Don't want to say too much till we get everything installed but it's going to be a huge leap for everyone!

I know that a lot of you have been down for an extended period of time and I don't want to take away from the fact that to the customer it doesn't matter if the power is down or the internet's down, you just know that your internet doesn't work. However, I would like to mention throughout that whole thing tornadoes and all we didn't have to fix one single thing that was our equipment. Not one customer had broken dishes and not one thing on the towers were broken. I just feel like that's a win for us as a company. We are more reliable than ComEd and Comcast combined!

The outage in is over since about 8:00 9:00 this morning. Something to do with the electricity. Sorry about the inconvenience. I know this is getting frustrating since the tornadoes, but I'm pretty sure this is the end of it. Hope everybody has a great weekend!

The tower in St. Anne that we are on lost power. The owner does not know why. It's the only thing on the property that lost power, he thinks it might be underground. He's going to look at it some more in the morning but if need be I will get a generator out there, or run an extension cord up the tower from a different power source. It's possible that the tornado caused some kind of damage that didn't surface until now. Sorry for the inconvenience, but without electricity nothing will work. I'm hoping to have everyone up by noon tomorrow at the latest. We can't win since that tornado.

Apparently the winds have caused another outage for comcast. It's affecting both residential and business customers from bourbonnais to St Anne. The ETA for the fix is 5:17 p.m. we are so sorry this is happening but with the wind apparently it's knocked down some more lines. This outage is huge and affects thousands of customers. They should have it going in three or four hours. There's nothing for you to do at your house just hold tight and when they fix their end everything should just start working automatically. I know this is crazy and we are so sorry this is happening, but our hands are tied until Comcast fixes their lines.
