We have received an important update regarding the ongoing outage affecting websites hosted on our Phoenix data center server.

The outage was caused by the failure of multiple cooling units following overnight storms in the Phoenix area. As temperatures increased inside the facility, all equipment in the building was shut down for safety, including network systems and power to the servers.

Approximately 50% of the facility’s cooling capacity has now been restored. The data center expects its engineers to regain safe access to the equipment within the next two to four hours. Once access is restored, they will assess the systems, restart the network, and begin bringing customer servers back online.

Please understand that the two-to-four-hour window is an estimate for engineers to access the equipment safely—not a guaranteed time for complete service restoration.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide another update as soon as we receive additional information. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your continued patience.

⚠️ SERVICE OUTAGE UPDATE

Since approximately 8:09 a.m. today, websites hosted on one of our servers have been unavailable due to elevated temperatures at the Phoenix data center.

The facility and engineering teams are working on-site to stabilize the cooling system and safely restore affected servers. Systems are being brought back online in phases, but there is currently no estimated time for full restoration.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide another update as soon as additional information becomes available.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while the data center works to restore service.
