📱 TriCoLink Text Alerts Are Coming!

TriCoLink is introducing a new text notification system to help keep subscribers informed about service interruptions, outages and other important updates affecting their address.

Subscribers with a mobile number on their account will receive a welcome text from TriCoLink Fiber. The message is legitimate, and no action is required to continue receiving alerts.

If you prefer not to receive text notifications, simply reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

TriCoLink is proud to offer the Senior Medical Internet Credit Program for qualifying seniors age 65 and older.

Eligible customers may receive a $20 monthly credit toward their TriCoLink internet bill to help support important medical internet needs.

This program is available to both new and existing TriCoLink customers who meet the program requirements.

To qualify, customers must be 65 years of age or older, have an active TriCoLink internet account, have a verified medical need for internet service, and submit the required medical form completed by a healthcare provider.

There is no application fee and no installation fee for new customers applying for this program.

This Memorial Day, Tri-County Electric Cooperative and TriCoLink pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their sacrifice is a solemn reminder of the cost of freedom, and we are forever grateful.
