🚨 A MAJOR WEBSITE SECURITY VULNERABILITY HAS BEEN DISCOVERED! ⚠️💻

SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS: YOU COULD BE LOSING CUSTOMERS WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT!

A serious security vulnerability has recently been discovered in PHP, the software that powers millions of websites, including many built with WordPress.

The vulnerability, known as PHP2Shell, could allow hackers to compromise vulnerable website servers.

⚠️ WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

❌ Your website could suddenly stop working.

❌ Customers may be unable to contact you, book appointments, or make purchases.

❌ Hackers could compromise your website and sensitive information.

❌ You could be losing potential customers and revenue without realizing it.

💡 HERE’S THE BIG CONCERN:

Many small business owners have no idea what software runs their website or when it was last updated.

Just because your website looks fine doesn’t mean it’s secure!

🛡️ CPS RECOMMENDS:

✅ Contact your website administrator or hosting provider.

✅ Confirm your website’s PHP software has received the latest security updates.

✅ Test your contact forms, booking systems, and online payment features.

✅ Ensure your website is regularly backed up and monitored.

🚨 TECH ALERT: MICROSOFT IS REDUCING ONEDRIVE STORAGE! ☁️💻

Microsoft is making significant changes to OneDrive storage for Microsoft 365 subscribers, and families could be losing up to 66.7% of their cloud storage!

🔴 WHAT’S CHANGING?

Microsoft 365 Family and Premium plans, which previously offered up to 6 TB (1 TB per user), are moving to 2 TB of shared storage.

📅 New subscribers are affected beginning October 8, 2026. Existing subscribers will see changes at renewal starting May 2, 2027.

⚠️ WHY IT MATTERS

If your household exceeds the new storage limit, you could experience file synchronization problems, backup interruptions, or additional storage costs.

🛡️ CPS RECOMMENDS:

✅ Check your current OneDrive usage.

✅ Review your Microsoft 365 subscription.

✅ Back up important files to an external drive.

✅ Never rely solely on cloud storage to protect your data.

💡 THE CPS TAKEAWAY:

Cloud storage is convenient, but your important files should never depend entirely on one company’s subscription policies.

Computer Plus Solutions (CPS) — Helping you stay informed, protect your data, and make smarter technology decisions.

💬 What do you think about Microsoft reducing storage without lowering subscription prices?

Microsoft recently released a major security update addressing more than 1,400 vulnerabilities in Windows and other Microsoft products. What’s concerning is that at least one of these security flaws has already been used by hackers.

In simple terms, certain malicious files could bypass security warnings that normally help protect your computer.

There’s also something important for Windows 11 users to know.

⚠️ If your computer is running Windows 11 version 24H2 Home or Pro, Microsoft officially ended security support for that version on October 13, 2026.

That means it’s time to move to a newer, supported version so your computer can continue receiving important security updates.

Not sure which Windows version you have?

It’s easy to check:

👉 Press the Windows key + R.
👉 Type winver and press Enter.
👉 A window will appear showing your Windows version.

We know technology can sometimes be confusing, and not everyone has the time to keep track of every update or security warning. That’s completely understandable.

At Computer Plus Solutions, we believe keeping your computer safe shouldn’t have to be complicated.

Whether you need help updating Windows, checking your computer for viruses, fixing a slow system, or just making sure everything is running the way it should, we’re here to help.

💙💛 Your computer is an important part of your daily life, and protecting it matters to us.

Take a few minutes today to check for updates. A little prevention now can save you a lot of frustration later.

And if you’re unsure about anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to Computer Plus Solutions. We’re always happy to help.

Please share this with someone who might need the reminder. You never know who you could help protect! 💻🔐

🚨 FREE Wi-Fi COULD COST YOU MORE THAN YOU THINK!📱⚠️

Be honest… have you ever connected to free Wi-Fi at an airport, hotel, restaurant, or coffee shop without thinking twice? 🤔

Here's something you need to know! 👇

Cybercriminals can create fake Wi-Fi networks that look just like legitimate ones. This is known as an Evil Twin Attack.

Once connected, you could be tricked into entering your passwords on fake login pages, putting your personal information at risk. 🔓

🛡️ HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF:

✅ Always verify the Wi-Fi network name with staff.

✅ Never enter passwords on suspicious Wi-Fi login pages.

✅ Turn off auto-join for unknown networks.

✅ When in doubt, use your mobile data instead.

💡 Remember: Just because Wi-Fi is FREE doesn't mean it's SAFE!
