PETE Community Letterpress is to provide affordable community access and to preserve the art and craft of letterpress printing while supporting our vibrant local arts scene. Bridget, Kaitlin & Lyman have a combined 30 years of experience as instruc

tors. They moved into the shared studio space in 2013, and began their Paper & Pints series, which included live printing demos and visiting artists. A strong passion for education and preservation is what motivated them to open their space as a community studio in the Spring of 2016.

Attendees leave with an edition of prints of their unique design, as well as a resource packet for continuing at home. Note: ages 12+ welcome with adult.

Qu**rs! Zines! Collage! Riso! 🌈

Let’s get into the mood for St. Pete Pride weekend with a Q***r Zine workshop on Wednesday, June 24th from 6pm to 8pm!

Get a friendly introduction to zines and RISO printing while we work collaboratively on a one-sheet q***r zine (folded into 8 pages).

Everyone will create a page using analog materials like collage, illustration, and text. Then we’ll print them together using the RISO duplicator, and everyone will take home copies to keep and share!

$35/person, all supplies included.
