I hope you are all doing well.
Due to the COVID-19 global crisis, we have obviously had to make some
adjustments to the way we conduct business. After talking to a few different people that
work in the legal system I have decided to open the shop up again for in-shop and
remote service only; there will be NO on-site service in home or business. We will be
taking in computers through drive up service to limit customer interaction as much as
possible.
Store hours Monday: Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Drive Up Service: Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm DRIVE UP SERVICE
Intake and pickup directions:
Please wipe down as components you are bring to the shop (with
Clorox wipes or bleach solution)
Call the shop when you are out in front of our location. (503-362-
4335)
We will come out and get your computer from your car.
We will bring you out the receipt for the computer.
If we have to clean dropped off items because it was not cleaned
prior to being delivered, there will be a $35.00 cleaning charge
added to the bill.
After work has been completed, that same process will ensue. We
will bring out the computer to you and take payment (debit/credit
preferred) for services rendered. We will then bring out your
receipt and copy of the paperwork.
REMOTE SERVICE
We will also be doing remote service, but it is limited to only the computer and
items that are physically plugged in. (External HDD, printers, etc..)
