It is a well known fact that Apple’s production lines are stationed overseas, but that might soon change. Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Foxconn, who is currently contracted by Apple, announced at the White House on Monday that it is planning to build 3 liquid crystal display (LCD) facilities in Wisconsin. The LCD plant would span 20 acres and provide 13,000 positions, but comes at a price tag of $10 billion. The bill for this funding is expected to pass by September.
