I love the variety of projects that cross my desk and meander through our plant. I have some very special favorites that always bring a smile to my face - especially when those projects are completed and I witness their excitement seeing and hearing about how much they love each piece as their visions come to fruition. They are some of the most wonderful people who own Schreiner's Gardens as well as all of their employees are incredibly nice and helpful. Projects and companies I always enjoy partnering with appreciating our relationships developed throughout the years. Each piece that they produce, their beautiful photos, designs, their heart, what an enjoyable local company that I am gifted partnering with working where I work. They have a STUNNING calendar as well that we partnered on and I LOVE so much - check out their website and local gift shop!

2026 SPECIAL DROP DATES

January 9-11, 2026: Opening Weekend: Kick-off the new season of Finders Keepers—100 floats will be dropped.

February 6-16, 2026: Retro Expo: Explore Lincoln City’s antique and vintage shops for retro gold, and take to the beach to look out for 100 Japanese antique-style floats during the Retro Expo.

April 22-25, 2026: Earth Day: Celebrate Earth Day with beach cleanups and a seaside surprise—50 floats will be dropped along the beach.

June 19-20, 2026: Chinook Winds Casino Resort, 31st Anniversary Celebration: To celebrate the anniversary of Chinook Winds Casino Resort, 31 special floats will be dropped.

September TBD: Lincoln City Fall Kite Festival: Find one before it flies away—10 floats are scheduled for the Fall Kite Festival.

October 30-November 1, 2026: Halloween: 50 glass floats will be dropped for Halloween. It’s no trick—if you find one, it’s yours to keep.

Too fun and how AMAZING AND INSPIRING is this?!
People gathering and supporting their local community ~
We here at Lynx Group have had the privilege of developing a partnership with this creative and fun group as they have accomplished raising money for their community needs together and continue to do so entering into 2026 moving forward.
What a fantastic example of the small and mighty coming together creating a common goal - ACHIEVING that goal - and setting an example for others!
Just look at how far this idea grew reaching and influencing SO far and wide - WHO KNEW?!!
Amazing! I LOVE this!
As their account manager partnering with my main contact (the fun gal in the tub - LOVE HER!) I myself have been inspired and I know that many others have as well.
A fabulous example of banding together finding such a creative and fun way to pave the path forward as a community to reach a common goal.
When they have snow to plow (we KNOW they will soon if not!) they now have the funds to make that happen!

Our rainy season has started and wowsa it's crazy out there today!
Safe travels ~

The first significant storm event of the season is expected to impact the Salem area beginning Oct. 24 and continuing through the weekend. This storm will bring gusty winds and periods of moderate to heavy rain, according to the National Weather Service.

During the storm, strong winds and heavy rainfall may cause leaves to collect on storm sewer catch basin grates, increasing the likelihood of standing water on roads.

As leaves begin to fall, they can clog drains and create hazards for drivers. Stay safe by clearing debris from storm drains and avoiding flooded streets.

If you see any issues on Salem's roadways, call our Public Works Dispatch Center at 503-588-6311.

We may be busy internally with supporting our clients printing needs for their next year catalogs, holiday event invitations, year-end publications, appeals and mailings...but never too busy to take a moment and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us here in our great northwest.

We love assisting your Visual Communications class with your final print projects you design - all unique to each of you - as they come to fruition and as your final piece is produced.
