Your packing station is not just a table. It’s a process.

One of the biggest mistakes we see in growing warehouses is focusing on adding people before fixing the workflow.

A well-designed pack station should create a natural flow:
📦 Orders arrive
✅ Items are consolidated and checked
📦 Product is wrapped and packed
🏷️ Labels are applied
🚚 Orders move out the door
Every extra step, unnecessary movement, or confusing process adds time and cost to every order.

A DTC founder recently asked how many warehouse staff they need to ship 1,000 orders a day. This shouldn't be the first question.
