It's just a glue gun....

I was opening a new glue gun for a project I am getting ready to work on today. Out of no where I had this random vivid memory of my mom's glue gun. My dad and older brother had made her a glue gun stand out of old building blocks.

Memory was so vivid I remembered the bright orange of the triger on the glue gun and the round block on the stand being green. I called it sesame street green cause it was the color of all the green signs in the show.

I am so grateful my mom passed her love of crafting on to me.

Preserving memories in a creative way has always been close to my heart. Before I tied the knot, I delved into the world of scrapbooking, and it eventually fueled my passion to become a graphic designer. It was a hobby that I gave up at some point and missed.

Life's twists and turns, especially the loss of my grandma and then my mom, underscored the significance of preserving these precious memories. It became a mission to create something timeless to pass on to others.

Embracing a more sustainable and hassle-free approach to scrapbooking led me to embark on a journey of crafting my own eco-friendly scrapbooking paper and ephemera.

Today, I'm thrilled to share a piece of my mom's legacy through this layout, featuring two digital papers I've personally crafted. Every Christmas, I recreate her festive baking tradition, it's a beautiful reminder of her love and generosity.
