Jungle Disk began in 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia as one of the first products using Amazon's new S3 storage service to provide a simple and secure way to backup data and utilize the power of the AWS cloud without having to be an expert softwware developer. Through the years the product offering expanded to include software designed for business supporting Microsoft Windows(tm), Apple macOS(tm), and L

inux operating systems. In addition to supporting multiple operating systems Jungle Disk also added support for additional cloud platforms adding The Rackspace Cloud to our initial support of AWS. By 2010 the Jungle Disk team had moved to San Antonio, Texas where we have grown and operate today. Through our relationship with Rackspace we learned how to provide world class customer service leading to a 95% "thumbs up" service score for 2015. Jungle Disk now serves over 25,000 customers all across the globe with data backup facilities in North America and Europe.
