When we think about cybersecurity, we often picture advanced technologies like firewalls, endpoint protection, encryption, and AI-powered monitoring. While these tools are essential, they all share one limitation: they can't make human decisions.

In many cases, employees are the first to encounter cyber threats. Whether it's a suspicious email, an unexpected attachment, or an unusual login request, recognizing something that doesn't seem right can stop an attack before it ever reaches an organization's technical defenses.

Unlike software, people can adapt. As cybercriminals continuously change their tactics, organizations that invest in ongoing cybersecurity education empower their teams to recognize new threats, and make informed decisions based on context, not just predefined rules.

Building a strong security culture requires more than annual compliance training. It means:

• Providing continuous and relevant cybersecurity education

• Running phishing simulations to reinforce awareness

• Establishing clear procedures for reporting suspicious activity
