🔍 What Is It?

Ford Universal Database (UDB) Integration enables dealerships to send critical operational data from Excede to Ford’s Customer Service Division and related systems. It supports daily transmission of repair orders, front counter invoices, parts inventory, service appointments, and used vehicle sales, helping ensure accurate reporting and visibility across Ford programs.

🆕 What’s New

• Improved Data Validation: Added skip logic to exclude invalid parts data from the OTC Parts Invoice file, preventing task failures and ensuring only accurate data is transmitted.

• Smarter Invoice Filtering: Invoices with zero-quantity parts or parts from excluded sources are automatically skipped during processing.
