The print studio kept the store going for nearly a year during an impossible climate for a small business needing human interaction. I do not come from generational wealth or deep savings and credit lines. The print studio wasnt the focus, but it needed to be. The retail store will be downsized till it can get back on its feet. The print studio is a seperate enitity, Full Metal Games, and we have built an integrated network with our sales channels so wherever you message us there it will go to the same place. We have one addition to the FMG staff who will be head of our customer service who brings 9 plus years of professional experience to our team. No responsibilities will be shirked but time will be needed to bring the store back and fullfill all commitments and promises. We are sorry we did not have the resources to weather covid but have no plans on giving up. Thank you for your patience and we hope you can like, post and share this so we can grow the print studio and begin putting the retail store on the track for a strong return. I personally work an average of 90 hours a week so I cannot answer messages quickly myself on my personal accounts. We are running on a skeleton crew and the print studio is number one priority. Ive invested all my time, effort, income, blood, sweat and tears into keeping this store alive and need to establish my own security of income to live off first. Once that is accomplished I will be righting everything with the retail store with vehement resolve. It might be a day late and a dollar short, but my word is bond and giving up isnt an option I believe in.
