Got this MPC Live for repair.

Symptoms - No audio, no control surface response.

The customer accidentally plugged in the power to the broken usb port shown in image 2.

The MPC was fixed by finding the faulty circuit and replacing the usb mux chip that controls all of the USB peripherals, which also affects audio.
