One of the first airport-based initiatives in the nation, FLITE provides funding to encourage design, development and pilot testing of new products and services in a live airport environment. Demand for endpoint security visibility and control will grow faster than the market, leading all zero-trust priorities in 2022. Improving Identity and Access Management (IAM) effectiveness, hybrid cloud integrations, and automating patch management will follow. Eighty-three percent of security and risk professionals say zero trust is an essential strategy for their organizations, and 80% plan to implement zero trust in 2022.

ServiceNow’s new AI-powered service aims to support digital transformation efforts

ServiceNow , the workflow automation platform, today introduced a new product aimed at better quantifying digital transformation initiatives. Called ServiceNow Impact, the company claims that it uses AI to “close the value gap” by estimating how much value various tech investments are bringing to an organization.

ServiceNow says that Impact is being used by customers including Anaplan, News Corp, Infor, and the State of Montana. Alongside Impact, ServiceNow today released an update to its training and certification platform offering on-demand, instructor-led, and custom training and certification programs.
