Are you aware with OnRelay all your staff members can get a 2nd mobile business number, without the need for a 2nd SIM card or an additional mobile carrier subscription?

The 2nd mobile business number is assigned to your staff member's business phone system extension. This means they can place and receive both calls and text messages with their mobile business number via the OnRelay app.

Most smartphones are locked to its primary cell carrier and its mobile number for 1-2 years, rendering it difficult or impossible to add a 2nd business mobile number using an eSIM from a different carrier or service provider. This blocks business users from using a single smartphone with separate mobile numbers for business and personal calls.

With OnRelay no additional SIM card is needed for the 2nd business mobile number, and you can instead transparently utilize the unlimited call and data plan from the existing cell subscription.

A 2nd mobile business number with both call and text support is currently available in the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, South Africa, and Australia, with more locations on the way.

We support the exciting IETF vCon standardization effort!

We have recently added vCon support to our MBX server and participated in IETF's inaugural vCon interop test.

vCon is an exciting IETF effort to simplify and reduce cost of scale for integration between live communication systems such as ours and a multitude of advanced AI and CRM systems.

Just a simple operation such as feeding a vCon formatted conversation transcript or call recording to Chat GPT provides simple call summaries and useful conversation feedback.

A vCon is the container for data and information relating to a real- time, human conversation. We have recently taken over the main sponsorship of the sipXecs open source project. The project has a long history of sponsorships from the likes of Bluesocket, Avaya, Nortel, eZuce and CoreDial.

sipXecs (aka sipXcom) is a full fledged enterprise IP communications system. It is a key component of OnRelay's mobile business phone service. OnRelay's mobility servers, tenanted administration and apps remain proprietary as before.

We recently issued our first release 24.01 after the sponsorship transition last year, where we among other fixes and improvements added end-to-end TLS and SRTP encryption support. This is an important requirement for the customers and carriers we work with.

This sponsorship gives us a powerful tool to innovate in the unified communications space. There is still a lot of work to be done to advance, simplify and streamline user experiences across apps, platforms and features.

We are very excited to share our new partnership with Working Group Two (www.wgtwo.com).

OnRelay's tight integration with Working Group Two's borderless core carrier infrastructure enables us to fully bridge cloud business phone systems with regular mobile telephony.

Now regular business cell calls will no longer bypass the company call management infrastructure and advanced customer relationship and quality management features.

The new functionality is a cornerstone of OnRelay's upcoming v9 release. It will be rolled out for Working Group Two enabled subscribers globally.
