Silicon Valley is firmly built around a reverence for unlimited male power, at it's root
A major pushback occurred when that power was challenged
Silicon valley bigshots paid and recruited armies of anti-feminist provocateurs, who drowned out the voices that challenged this power
When women started entering the workforce in unprecedented numbers, they argued that traditional gender roles needed to be restored, and blamed social issues such as poverty on the breakdown of the nuclear family
Some influencers lamenting the “pussification” of TECH
During the Dot Com bubble days, there were warnings of techno-fascism, and they faded as the bubble burst, this type of talk became less urgent and Silicon Valley returned to its conservative roots once again
One step forward, two steps back
They started spinning a narrative celebrating the links between capitalism, entrepreneurship and the nuclear family
A typical hit piece claimed that entrepreneurs were most moral and benevolent people in society, because they put products into the world without a guarantee of return, and then reinvested the profit back into the economy
The Vulture Capitalist part was squarely overlooked
Instead, they celebrated the cultural figure of the entrepreneur, and linked it with masculinity, even citing scientific research as evidence
So how this culture manifests itself is, startups funded by this very Big Boys network, implement policy that present early-career hurdle for women into lower management role
If you hit a brickwall this early, good luck trying to climb the ladder on your competence alone, because the environment, the culture itself is toxic
Traditional promotion and hiring practices can inadvertently reinforce gender disparities, particularly in fields where women are underrepresented
This is a proven fact

All this is a good to know past history
New blood is slowly trickling in, which is transforming the landscape
But, the current environment can bring back the Old Big Fat Boys club back - the risk
Will Silicon Valley return to its roots remains to be seen

Quantum Locking
Quantum Levitation

Superconductivity is a phenomenon. It's a state of matter where certain materials exhibit zero electrical resistance when cooled below a critical temperature
Superconductors are the materials that exhibit this phenomenon

Burning is a phenomenon, the process of combustion
Wood is a material that can burn

Superconductivity is a conductor offering exactly zero electrical resistance when it is cooled below a critical temperature
It is the state of perfect conductivity in which there are no losses of energy in the form of heat or light

A superconductor refuses to move in a magnetic field because any movement will change the flux lines and disturb the state of superconductivity. This three dimensional locking of the superconductor is what is known as quantum locking
Superconductors have a general disliking of the magnetic fields. Unlike normal conductors, super conductors 'expels' the magnetic field from the inside

Bayou Lafourche, originally called Chetimachas River or La Fourche des Chetimaches aka the fork of the Chitimacha, is a 106-mile-long bayou in southeastern Louisiana, United States, that flows into the Gulf of Mexico

Exiled from Nova Scotia for refusing to pledge allegiance to Britain, many Acadians sought refuge and made a new home along Bayou Lafourche. These innovative “Cajuns” hunted, fished, trapped, built boats, and developed dwellings ingeniously adapted to their new environment.
The settlers braved heat, mosquitoes, alligators, and more to forge their distinct cultures

Laurel Valley Village and Sugar Plantation and the impact of the sugar industry on Lafourche Parish, is the largest surviving 19th and 20th sugar plantation in the United States with more than 50 original structures remaining One of the Bayou Region’s most picturesque spots, Laurel Valley Village has been a production location for both large and small films, including Angel Heart, Interview with the Vampire, and Ray. Situated on the bayou, the site includes a former general store, original slave cabins, a schoolhouse, church, the ruins of the sugar mill, and cane fields that are still in operation

One of the original nineteen parishes created from the territory of Orleans in 1807, Lafourche Parish is one of the oldest parishes in Louisiana
