Un appel Teams qui coupe, une mauvaise qualité audio mais d’où vient réellement le problème ? 🎧

Du réseau Wi-Fi ? D’un équipement ? De la connexion de l’utilisateur ? Pour les équipes IT, identifier l’origine d’un dysfonctionnement sur Microsoft Teams peut vite devenir un casse-tête.

➡️ Pour faciliter les investigations, Phenisys, partenaire Splunk, a développé MS Teams Observability, une application qui centralise les données de Microsoft Teams dans Splunk pour aider les équipes à identifier plus rapidement la source des incidents.

Résultat, un diagnostic qui pouvait prendre plusieurs heures peut désormais être réalisé en quelques minutes dans certains cas.

Christophe Nétillard, Senior Consultant et dirigeant chez Phenisys, présente cette application et ses cas d’usage dans un entretien avec Audrey Williart.
